"That’s why the cross is in the center…you can’t help but to look up."- A sermon on a Sunday—and God stumps us all- with a love beyond understanding. Right in the center of my life. Oh the Pastor…God gave speech to the donkey. Yea, God speaks through us and gives us the message—even through donkeys and pastors and all sorts of things and people and places and ways. God speaks through and out of the center of our lives. God speaks while we are safe at home by the fire. God speaks while we are in the wilderness of life. God speaks through the dumb water and with his Word life is given. God speaks in the waters of baptism day after day. God speaks through the old and the frail. Come gather around, as I tell your future. God speaks. It’s comforting to know that God is closer than I think. Always be glas because God speaks and is on our side! – "That’s why the cross is in the center…you can’t help but to look up." – God speaks! God is closer than you think.
Prayer- Speak today out of the center of my life. Give me ears to hear I pray. -- Amen
