A collection of items on the kitchen table. An English Muffin with plenty of butter. An ink pen. Some bananas and some keys and ID. Things of everyday life. Things to nourish. Things to reflect and record thoughts with. Things to help enter locked areas and make one mobile. Things to purchase and identify yourself with. All things. Things that if used to the glory of God with his Word made flesh and a little prayer might just be holy. Things that can be used for good. Things that could become evil. I must use the things God sets before me in life as he instructs me to use, ever faithful to God in the use of things that are really his. Things that in the waiting and hope of everyday life can point to the presence of God. How will you use your things this day? I'm looking for God's way to use his things today.
